Refund policy

Wrencharoo, provided by Just A Little IT, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, including a subscription renewal charge.

This guarantee is in addition to any statutory consumer rights. It does not limit refunds or remedies you may be entitled to by law outside this period.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles payments and refunds. Visit paddle.net to request a refund, using the email address and order information from your receipt. You can also contact Just A Little IT at Email Just A Little IT for assistance with your request.

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle and your bank or payment provider. See Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms for processing details.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and keeps paid access until the current paid period ends; it does not automatically request a refund. Deleting an account stops future billing immediately and erases tracking records, but also does not automatically request a refund. You can still request a refund through Paddle. Refunding a paid order may end the access funded by that order.
