Wrencharoo · Just A Little IT
Terms & conditions
Your agreement for using Wrencharoo.
Effective 26 October 2026
1. Your agreement with us
Wrencharoo is provided by Just A Little IT (the seller, “we”, “us”). You contract with Just A Little IT for access to this fuel, vehicle, service, parts and business-use tracking service. By creating an account or continuing to use Wrencharoo, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement or have appropriate permission, and have authority to act for any organisation you represent.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud, spam, harassment or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not upload malware, interfere with security, probe systems without permission, scrape the service or circumvent technical limits.
- Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or attempt to bypass plan allowances.
3. Your records and intellectual property
You retain rights in your uploaded records, photos, prompts and other content. You grant Just A Little IT a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide and secure the service. You must have rights and permission for anything you upload.
Just A Little IT retains ownership of Wrencharoo’s software, documentation and branding. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the service.
To report infringing content or request a takedown, contact Email Just A Little IT with the material and details of your rights. We may restrict or remove infringing content and suspend accounts for serious or repeated infringement.
4. AI, photo and voice tools
You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, verifying their accuracy and having rights to all inputs. As between you and Just A Little IT, we claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs; outputs may not be unique, may not be eligible for intellectual property protection and may be subject to third-party rights.
Do not use AI tools for illegal content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, hate speech, malware, or attempts to jailbreak safeguards. We may refuse or filter outputs, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for abuse.
AI may misread receipts, odometers or specifications and may produce inaccurate suggestions. Review and confirm proposed entries before saving. Wrencharoo is not professional mechanical, financial, investment, legal or tax advice; do not rely on its outputs for regulated advice or safety-critical decisions without qualified oversight. You remain responsible for maintenance, tax reporting and other decisions.
5. Plans, payments and refunds
Current AUD prices and included features are listed on our public pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. AI allowances refresh monthly even on annual plans; Family allowances are shared and allocated by the owner, while records remain private.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Checkout displays the applicable total and any taxes before you confirm payment. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.
You can cancel through Plans & billing or Paddle’s billing portal. Cancellation retains paid access until the paid period ends. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Personal to Family is an immediate upgrade even when changing annual to monthly; Family to Personal and same-tier annual to monthly changes wait until renewal. Paid access remains available during renewal payment retries, subject to final cancellation and remaining paid-through time.
6. Availability and ending access
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations.
Deleting your account requires explicit confirmation, stops future subscription billing immediately and erases your tracking records and account through the deletion process. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund and does not waive your right to request one. Where practical, export records before deleting your account. Limited billing, security or legal records may be retained where necessary, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
7. Your legal rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If these terms materially change, we will make the updated terms available with an updated effective date.
